    • Cancer Free, The Way to Be January 17, 2008
More proof that beer is good for you.  Researchers in Germany say that a cancer-fighting substance found in hops could be enhanced to brew a special anti-cancer beer. I don’t think I’ve read a better story all year. I know the year is young, but the only news that could be better would be “Drinking […]

    • Flaming Shot January 10, 2008
The flaming shot. It’s an amateur move for sure, but it looks cool. The problem is that a lot of people don’t know how to take this shot. They can make it, and light it on fire and that’s where their “smartness” ends. Example 1 This dude is not smart. And the chick that says […]

    • About Bloody Time January 2, 2008
After a night of hard drinking you will wake up either drunk or hung-over. Being drunk is not the problem, it’s the coming down from being drunk and being hung-over that is the problem. The solution; a Bloody Mary. There are 3 types of morning drinkers. There is the person who drinks a Bloody Mary, a […]

    • DWI of the Year January 1, 2008
Here at Don’t Eat the Worm we don’t condone drinking and driving. It is a dumb and reckless move that can cost not only you your life but an innocent person. (Not saying you’re guilty.) BUT Meagan Harper is now a god in DWI/DUI circles. She was busted in Oregon with a .55 BAC. The […]

Too Dunk to Drive?

I just read this story about a guy blaming eating cookies and milk while driving for his speeding. Let me say that again; He blamed eating cookies and milk while driving for his speeding.

Question – If you are eating while driving and drive shitty, aren’t you still the one driving there for at fault?

I eat while I drive all the time, it’s not that big of a deal. But when you are dipping cookies into milk while driving you’ve crossed the line. Just wait till you get home, or sit in a parking lot and dip away you stooge. I know Oreos are good, but they aren’t that good.

Have some accountability for your own actions. I’m surprised he isn’t suing Nabisco for the speeding ticket.

  1. In addition to suing Nabisco, he should sue the woman’s who’s breast the milk came from (this guy’s a fucking weirdo as it is, so I’m going out on a limb and assuming he drinks breast milk, you know?)

    🙂

  2. Haha. That reminds me of that Dave Chappelle skit where he is P-Diddy and he wants the breast milk.

  3. anyone who’s had milk and cookies in the car knows you don’t dip! you take a bite of the cookie, then you take a sip of milk before you chew the cookie. duh!

  4. Hahaha.

    You should write a book.

Eating While Driving; The Right Way.
